Pairing Plants & People

Plants and People can be paired based on personality types, lifestyles and indoor living environments.

In fact, some suggest that matching plants with personality can create an energy or mood that can make people feel comfortable and more connected to their surroundings.  We have found this to be true at Lucky Leaf, so we strive to help others pair with the best plant choice for their lifestyle and one in which will deliver the greatest amount of joy while caring for their plant.

Philodendron, from the Araceae family and native to S. America with more than 400 known species, this plant is very diverse.  From heart shaped leaves to bold slender-jagged, there's a Philo for everyone!  Adaptable to various lighting from bright to low as long as it is indirect light.  Say goodbye to obsessive watering and hello low maintenance!  Philo's prefer their soil to dry out between waterings.  Philo's are toxic, so if you have a naughty Cat or Dog this option may not work!
